Plain PDF is free and stays free. If it helps you, three things help back:

1. Tell someone. A parent, a colleague, anyone tired of ads in PDF apps. That is how the app travels: one person helping the next, the same way it reached you.
2. Rate it on Google Play. A short review from a real person counts more than any advert.
3. Become a Supporter. In the Google Play version, Settings has an optional Supporter purchase that unlocks extra accent colours and icons, and a way to give again later. Every reading and editing feature is free regardless.

Each of these costs nothing, and each one reaches someone you will never meet. That is the whole idea.

Write to support@plainpdf.app and say which phone you have and what you were trying to do.

If the app ever crashes, it offers a report on the next start. Sharing that report to the same address helps a lot; it contains the technical error and nothing about your documents.
